Had a great Xmas getaway at this charming boutique hotel. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect with a variety of shops and restaurants right at our doorstep. We also loved the small swimming pool, which was perfect for a refreshing dip in the afternoon heat.

The hotel didn't offer more amenities in the room - only a few basic bathroom items were provided. the pool area could have been more comfortable with proper outdoor furniture instead of conference chairs.

Location is good, all the food is awesome and delicious

Tthe room smells like smoke, the hexos fan is broken, I found blood spot all over the bed cover. When I booked its written only 1.4million. But at the hotel I have to pay 1.5million and the staff cant give me explanation about it.

Although the staff did not always know the answers to my questions about sightseeing places, they were extremely curteous, polite, and friendly.

I booked the deluxe double but was given the twin because they said that the hotel had run out of the dd rooms. That was the 1st disappointment. Then, as a "boutique" hotel I expected more enimities in my room, such as: extra towels, tissues and handsoaps in the bathroom (there were only 2small "3-in-1" liquid soaps). My welcome fresh fruit (cut melons and watermelons) were not very fresh and during my 2 nite/3day stay, did not get picked up/cleaned. Usually in other boutique hotels we would get fresh mini chocolates daily. We didn't get those here. In addition, the pool area had conference folding chairs for the guests sitting - that's not really proper. I understand there's limited space. But at least as a boutique hotel, itu should be proper outdoor furniture so that parents/couples can enjoy to mini pool as well. However the staff were extremely nice it made up for those little annoying things.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, right across the famous Rumah Mode factory outlet. the hotel is close to Cihampelas street, which is another shopping area, making it ideal for shopaholics. the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were hospitable.

The breakfast buffet was limited.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and stores nearby. Plus, being right opposite the Rumah Mode factory outlet was a huge bonus for all the shopping enthusiasts out there. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a dressing area. The staff were friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the dining area to room service and even the security guards. They made us feel welcome and ensured that all our needs were met. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and the free Wi-Fi was a convenient touch. we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The limited breakfast choices, with little variety. , the pool is quite small and the water is cold, which may not be suitable for some guests.

The location of this hotel is fantastic with numerous cafes, shops, and the famous Factory Outlet in front of it. Plus, the hotel is situated close to the important food center and the Cihampelas shopping area. The cleanliness of this hotel is remarkable, and the parking and transportation facilities are smoothly operational. Moreover, the breakfast served inside the room is an enjoyable experience. The hotel staff is courteous, polite, and friendly, always ready to assist.
